Grand Port Maritime de Rouen Year 2011 Location Rouen, France Description G-tec carried out geophysical surveys prior dredging works for the deepening of the Seine navigation channel between Le Havre and Rouen.

Prior tendering and carrying out of dredging works, G-tec was involved in a site investigation campaign consisting of seismic refraction and seismic reflection measurements. The geophysical campaign enabled the mapping of rock outcrops and layers of sediments between depths of 0 to 3 meter as well as highlighting areas with sound rocks. These results were used to design a complementary geotechnical campaign.
