London Gateway Project (UK) Year October 2008 to July 2009 Location London Thames Estuary, UK Description Within this project, G-tec was actively involved in the site investigation prior works for the development of the London Gateway project.

Within this project, G-tec was actively involved in the site investigation prior works for the development of the London Gateway project, United Kingdom.

The activities consisted of:

• Geophysical Site Investigation: Singlebeam echosounder bathymetry, Side scan sonar survey allowing morphological mapping of the seabed and the detection of obstructions, High resolution seismic survey in order to map the sediments layers.
• Van Veen Grab sampling has been carried out along the route.
• Geotechnical Site Investigation: Supervision of boreholes and CPT
