EVENT - New Waterway Boat

G-tec has just launched a new-build boat, the D-tect.

The newly acquired boat, which is 6.58 meters long, has been designed to suit the requirements of hydrographic survey in shallow waters (waterways) and is customized to accommodate hydrographic equipment.

The boat has a capacity of 3 people (without skipper).

She will support activities such as:

• Site inspections
• Geophysical surveys :
  • Bathymetry : Multibeam & Singlebeam echo sounder
  • High resolution seismic reflection & seismic refraction
  • Underwater Imaging: Side Scan Sonar, video, 3D acoustic camera, static imaging sonar, sector scanner
  • Magnetometry
• Sediment sampling
