G-TEC NV, acting on behalf of itself and/or on behalf of its affiliated and associated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “G-TEC”), offers its websites (the “G-TEC Websites”), and their content (the “G-TEC Content”) to you under the condition of your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out in this disclaimer (the “Terms & Conditions”). Use of the G-TEC Websites implies knowledge and constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

Use of the G-TEC Websites does not confer or transfer any intellectual property rights to you. The G-TEC Websites, including but not limited to the texts, the lay-out, the images, the sounds, the graphical illustrations, the logos, the software and other elements embedded in the G-TEC Websites, are protected by G-TEC or third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, database right, software protection right, trademark, model and drawings). The reproduction, the diffusion, the adaptation, the translation, the storage, the processing in part or in all for commercial purposes is forbidden without prior agreement from G-TEC. G-TEC prohibits all users to modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, licence or transfer the information, names, logos, images and other items on the G-TEC Websites. Some of the names and logos on the G-TEC Websites are registered trademarks.

ANTI-SPAMMING POLICY

Spamming is unsolicited mass mailing to private persons. G-TEC does not allow the use of its hardware and software infrastructure to spam private internet users.

The G-TEC websites may use cookies, which makes it possible to store information intended to simplify the use of the G-TEC websites. You can manage and/or disable the use of cookies in your browser. Each registration is for your own use only. You may not share your log in details or password with any other person. G-TEC does not allow multiple users (networked or otherwise) to access the G-TEC Websites and/or any digital edition through a single name and password, failing which G-TEC may cancel or suspend your access to the G-TEC Websites and/or a digital application.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This disclaimer, including the Terms & Conditions contained therein, and your access to, visit or use of the G-TEC Websites and/or G-TEC Content shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute between you and G-TEC which is not settled amicably, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
